It seems we have run out of free contact space in our Newletter program.  It used to be that we could have up to 500 accounts .. now it’s changed to 250 accounts and we are well over that.  We are currently at 336 accounts. They want $20/month to send out 500 emails per month and our website wants an additional $8/month for the same thing. So, I’m sending this newsletter through a “Free Trial” within our website and we’ll vote on whether we want to pay for it or not at the next meeting.

I had to cancel the Tech Help Meeting this month because I was sick with the flu and could not do it.  It is scheduled again on the calendar for April 2nd.  Please register if you would like to attend.

9/27 New England Fall Foliage Tour, 7 registered, unlimited at this point
12/6 Biltmore Estate & Ashville, 12 from our club registered, many more from within OTOW going on this one. I don’t have an update if this is full or not.

3/20 Volunteer Appreciation Event, I had to change the title on this to remove reference to “ASC”. This event is by “invitation only”. We invited last year’s 60 volunteers and so far we have 38 “Yes” RSVPs. Registration closes on 3/12/26.
4/18 Golf Cart Poker Run, planning for this is well underway by our Committee. I have made a big change with this event in how you register. If we need information, we are now asking for all information as you register, before you click on “Register Now”. We currently have 26 members/guests registered. Looking forward to many more!
5/23 Memorial Day Picnic, Our committee is holding their first meeting for this event on 3/17. We expect it will be on the calendar for you within the next week.

Member Sponsored Activities -
These are green on our calendar. We offer card games, Mexican Train, Bunco, Mini-Golf, Bowling, Hikes, Walks, Short Walks, Golf Scrambles, Pickleball, Darts, Bocce …. and just about anything else a member would like to sponsor (must be approved by our Board of Directors). There are way too many to list here, so please just peruse our calendar to find your favorite outing!
